You shared what I have for breakfast almost every day!! I do, however add the chocolate crunchy Love granola.....not barely a quarter cup......love that yogurt!!

It seems to me that joy can hit me when I experience the beauty of nature. Happiness comes from things or events outside of me, but joy comes from within when you realize that there is something way bigger than yourself creating the beauty that surrounds us. Majestic, but very comforting.

Ooh, Wendy! Good point about nature. Yes! Noticing the beauty of the world around us is very powerful. Love it. (Also, that yogurt is sooooo good!) It's not always available here, but I'm going to look for it every week and stock a bunch in my fridge.
